I've lived here for nearly a year, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the area. I enjoy being able to walk waterside daily. The pool and grill area are enjoyable almost year round. Plenty of space and options for my daughter to play: grassy areas, trees, basketball/tennis courts, pool. It's also within a great school district. My daughter loves Northshore Elementary. My fiancé and my family are from the Coast and they love to visit.
